Our store is hosted on third party servers. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Delivery

We deliver all our products to the wards delivering to patients.

Orders completed and received before 2pm on a weekday will be delivered to the ward on the same day.

Orders completed and received after 2pm will be delivered to the ward on the following week day.

Should there be any problems with the order, you will be contacted via email or phone, depending on the personal details given at checkout.

Click & Collect

As an alternative, our Click & Collect service is now also available. Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our store or at the front desk .

Returns Policy

We will accept returns and will refund to the original form of payment (excluding freight fees) when you change your mind where the goods:

– Have not been worn or used;
– Have the original tags still attached and still in original packaging;
– Are returned within 7-days of date of purchase; and
– Are accompanied by a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase (receipt).

We will exchange goods for a product of similar value or a gift voucher where the goods:

– Have not been worn or used;
– Have the original tags still attached and still in original packaging

This above does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. We happily honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law for any products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error. You may also shop with peace of mind and simply change your mind.

We refer you to our Returns Policy for conditions to receive a full refund.

We recommend that you send returns via Registered post as you assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during return transit. San Gifts will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you opt for standard postage.
