Profile
Dr Khan is an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist specialising in Minimally Invasive Surgery (keyhole surgery). Following her graduation she joined Westmead Hospital where she completed her specialist training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. In pursuing her special interest she was the fellow in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery at Western Sydney Area Health. Dr Khan was awarded the Travelling Scholarship in 2003, enabling her to travel to world-renowned centres for Endoscopic Surgery in France and Italy. In addition, she has spent a year working in England and gaining further valuable experience. Whilst Dr Khan has the training to conduct a wide range of Gynaecological consulting and operating, as a mother of two she will always consider the privilege of assisting families grow her main joy in this specialty. Dr Khan has appointments at Sydney Adventist Hospital and is accredited at Genea for assisted conception. She is also a Visiting Medical Officer at Westmead Hospital.
