Profile
Dr Erdstein obtained his undergraduate degree in 1986 and 1991 from the University of Sydney followed by Basic Physician Training at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. He obtained his Fellowship in both Respiratory and Sleep Medicine at Concord Hospital and Westmead Hospital in 2002 and was awarded his FRACP in both specilaties. Dr Erdstein commenced clinical practice on the Central Coast in 2003 and opened practice locations in Sydney in 2011.
Research
Dr Erdstein has specific interest in the Incidence of Multi Drug Resistent Tuberculosis in Bone Marrow Transplant Recipients; Psychosocial impact of COPD and readmission trends; Complication rates in bronchoscopy procedures and various clinical audits focusing on Quality Improvement in Respiratory Care.
