Profile
Dr Matthew Wilson grew up in Sydney and went on to study medicine at the University of Sydney where he graduated with first class honours. He has undertaken extensive training in advanced pelvic surgery with a one year Australian-based laparoscopic fellowship.
His training was centred mainly within the Hunter Area and Sydney West Area Health Services. Matthew continues to be involved in research and training of junior staff in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Blacktown Hospital. He has published articles on laparoscopic hysterectomy and twins.
