Dr Roach graduated MB BS from University of NSW in 1985. He completed Registrar training in General medicine at Royal North Shore Hospital in 1990, followed by Gastroenterology training at Concord Hospital in 1991 and 1992. He then completed further training at Royal London Hospital in 1993. He returned to a Visiting Medical Officer position in General Medicine and Gastroenterology at Hornsby Kuring-gai Hospital, with private practice in Gastroenterology at Sydney Adventist Hospital from 1994 to present. His consulting rooms are in the San Clinic, and Dr Roach works exclusively at Sydney Adventist Hospital as a Gastroenterologist.
