Profile
Dr Lin is an orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty interest in hip and knee replacement, reconstruction and revision surgery as well as complex trauma surgery. He uses the state-of-the-art MAKO robotic arm to perform many joint replacement procedures including partial knee replacements. He underwent orthopaedic surgical training in Sydney and obtained his surgical fellowship with the Royal Australasia College of Surgeons in 2011. Following this he completed his sub-specialty fellowship in Hip and Knee Reconstruction and Replacement at the Rubin Institute of Advanced Orthopaedics in Baltimore, Maryland USA. He also completed an AO Trauma Fellowship in complex pelvic and acetabular trauma management at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington USA. He then returned home to Sydney and completed a Hip/Knee and Trauma Fellowship at Royal North Shore Hospital. Dr Lin is a member of the Australian Orthopaedic Association, Australian Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons and an International Affiliate Member of American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He consults at the San Clinic and Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital.
