Hoppy Easter Everyone!

The paw prints were the giveaway ... there was an Easter Bunny on the loose at the San and boy, was he hard to catch!  
He hopped from ward to ward with his basket of chocolate eggs, spreading joy and the Easter spirit to patients and staff, many of whom will be away from home when he makes his usual house calls on Sunday.  
In a brief interview between visits, Mr Bunny said he was a little puffed after his tour of the Clifford Building.  
“Each year, I get ready for Easter by watching my weight and keeping fit, so I have plenty of endurance to reach as many people as possible,” Mr Bunny said.  
“I love seeing the smiles and surprise on people’s faces, especially the kids. Last year there was a lady in the maternity ward who called out to me for a photo – ten minutes before she was due to have a caesarean!  
“But she didn’t need the chocolate egg treat, she was about to have her very own little Easter bundle of joy!” 
 And with that, Mr Bunny was off! He still had a lot of ground to cover at the San before getting his eggs lined up for Sunday’s deliveries.  
So, with a wave and a waggle of his little tail, he wished everyone an “Egg-sellent Easter and a hoppy long weekend!”
