Sydney Adventist Hospital’s Ready, Steady, Bake 2024

Sydney Adventist Hospital’s annual Perioperative Bake Off was back for another year, with a fresh batch of keen bakers hoping to be crowned cream of the crop. 

From larger layered desserts to brownies, a range of sweet treats were up for judging.

 
Among six person judging panel were Chief Operations and Nursing Executive Clare Lumley and Theatre Manager Julian Kueh.  

Mercedes Colquhoun was the overall winner, taking out the competition with her indulgent GF Chocolate cheesecake.  Sam Collier topped the slice category with her Cherry Ripe Slice.
