Messages of Support from Masada College
Members of Masada College’s Student Representative Council (SRC) have hand delivered cards made by their classes, which they had coloured in and wrote beautiful messages of support.
The Junior School SRC have been encouraging their classes to perform as many mitzvot (good deeds) as possible. They hope the messages express their gratitude to our San nurses for their amazing work and their support to the patients.
San Clinical Director of Cancer Services Professor Gavin Marx, Poon Day Infusion Nurse Unit Manager Helena Wu and Breast Cancer Patient Navigator Kathryn Wilson were on hand to receive the cards and answer many of the children’s questions.
Additionally, the Senior School students will participate in a Pink Stumps Day on Friday, 27th September. This special day is dedicated to raising funds for the McGrath Foundation, an organisation close to the school’s heart.
