Introducing Solids to Babies, June 2025

Parents are invited to attend an educational seminar run by the San's Accredited Practising Dietitians, aimed at families with babies approximately 4-6 months old. The seminar will cover:

• The what, when and how to introduce food
• Food allergies
• Tackling fussy eaters
• Advice for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians
