Learning objectives
- Assess the various hormone replacement therapy (HRT) options, understand their safety profiles, benefits, and potential side effects,
and confidently manage menopausal symptoms while prescribing HRT. - Identify the key signs and symptoms of endometrial cancer in patients. Recognise when to refer patients for specialist assessment and intervention. Understand the importance of early detection for improving patient outcomes.
- Identify the signs and symptoms of adenomyosis, understand the diagnostic challenges, differentiate its relationship with endometriosis, and evaluate the effectiveness of various treatment options.
