Cardiac rehabilitation

San Heart’s cardiac rehabilitation team is dedicated to getting you back on your feet after surgery or illness – and also reducing your risk of any future cardiovascular events. We run a range of inpatient and outpatient programs to help you get back on your feet and maintain a healthy lifestyle, covering everything from education to exercise. Programs are run by specialists including exercise physiologists and registered cardiac nurses, and they’re tailored to your individual needs.

Blackouts & faints clinic

Blackouts, faints and falls can be distressing and dangerous, especially when you don’t know the cause. San Heart’s Blackouts & Faints (Syncope) Clinic has been established to help you find the answers you need in an easy, streamlined way – eliminating the need to visit numerous specialists and facilities. At our clinic, you will be thoroughly assessmed by our syncope experts, who will also run any tests that may be required. From there, we’ll explain your suspected diagnosis, along with the appropriate treatment pathway. And if need be, you’ll be referred on to San heart’s syncope Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), which has been established to review complex cases. Our Blackouts & Faints clinic appointment and tests are bulk billed – all you need is a referral from your GP.

San Radiology & Nuclear Medicine (SRNM) has been a leader in diagnostic imaging services for decades, and now performs more than 90,000 examinations a year.
