Salary packaging
As a not-for-profit employer we offer our permanent full time and part time team members access to generous salary packaging benefits.
Team members can increase their take home pay by salary packaging living expenses of up to $9,009 per FTB year.
Examples of living costs that can be packaged include any of the following and more:
- Groceries
- Fuel
- Health Fund contributions
- Rent/Mortgage
- School/Childcare fees
An additional salary packaging benefit of $2,650 per FBT year is also available to fund meal and entertainment expenses.
Personal contributions to superannuation and onsite parking fees can also be salary packaged over and above the monetary values listed here.
An option to take up a novated car lease is also part of our salary packaging benefit program.
