San Breast Care is a comprehensive multidisciplinary breast care service located at the Sydney Adventist Hospital in Wahroonga in the northern suburbs of Sydney.

The San has been running a multi-disciplinary breast care program for nearly 20 years. The San has a team of highly skilled and experienced breast doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals as well as state-of-the-art radiology and pathology services. Together, these elements ensure you have access to the best possible personalised breast care.

The success of the program has come from being a high-volume service, which enables us to have dedicated facilities, people and services as well as streamlined pathways for our patients. We know this has and will continue to lead to better clinical outcomes for our patients at the San. Our patient-centred model of care and the long-standing San ethos of caring for the mind, body and spirit ensures every patient is looked after as an individual and with true care.

How do your patients access this service?

Patients need a referral from a medical practitioner to our breast imaging service.

Breast imaging will take place within San Radiology, located on Level 3 of the Tulloch Building within the Sydney Adventist Hospital. Our breast radiologists are available and happy to assist the GP with any questions or concerns they may have. Please phone (02) 9480 9840 for any enquiries.
